  Old RM to new RM Open Issue

I Installed RM Open on Windows and did all the prompts to upgrade my old version, I always had to browse for my old version and when I tried to upgrade I would get a OOPS! message that the network had an Error. I did this multiple times over a week to see if it was a connection issue on my side or RM side. When it failed, I then bypassed the window and just opened my files from the old version to the new. When I did that the new RM Open assigned a new license other than the old license so I can not use my RM cloud. I've tried uninstalling the RM Open and reinstalling it to see if I can get the Upgrade prompt window to pop back up, it will not. Much help would be appreciated, Thank You.

When I add a picture to a file, it is upside down. I have reversed the picture in the image file before transferring it and it is still upside down. I did add the picture on my mobile device and it loaded correctly. I would like to be able to add pictures on the master computer.

I have sent a backup of our file to the cloud.  Thank you for your help.  I will wait to enter anything on the computer until I hear back.  On a side note, when I press reply it says that I can't send because no access so I have to make a new thread every time.

Master and Macbook air are both running open, loaded RM open in iPhone.
When I put in my license number in the iPhone, it says we cannot locate your license.
It was purchased a few days ago!
I get the same message on the Macbook Air now, inspite of the fact that you helped get it to sync a week or so ago.

Also, I do not see where to check for updates on the iPhone.

Our current build ids match and our 20171105-B. Tuf G RM cloud license fee is current. Syncing was checked prior to working cattle on Nov. 30th and then something happened on that day.

Our master computer is not syncing with device "Tuf G".  We get these error messages when trying to sync.  They entered about 300 head into their computer prior to syncing and we do not want to re-enter.  I tried manually entering those calves as mentioned in the second error message but it did not help with syncing. Please advise.

Sad Synchronizing to iPad

Whenever I synch updates to my iPad I get the following message.  The only way to get updates from the master is to reshare the project.  If I make changes on the iPad and synch then the master gets updated without any error.

We published an update today that corrects an issue with synching images over the RM Cloud. The images were being transmitted but the new software was not looking in the correct folder to link the image to the animal. Please update if you were affected by this issue.

  Can't transfer data from old paid version 2.0

I downloaded the Ranch Manager Open, selected upgrade from an older version, and selected my older version and clicked ok. It seems that Ranch Manager Open transferred my license number, which I see in the lower left corner, but there is no data in the program. Thanks for your help.
